Description

This is the fourth course of a 5-course sequence where learners progress in achieving the AACN Essentials of Advanced Education with practicum experiences related to the learner¿s improvement project and seminars related to leadership principles for effecting change and health care disparities. Learners examine their project outcomes from the perspective of how data can inform practice and policy within the project setting. In conjunction with their faculty advisor, practice mentor, and committee member learning is directed toward the evaluation phase of the approved DNP scholarly project.
