Description

This course provides students with a comprehensive overview of sport and exercise psychology, stressing the application of psychological topics to exercise, sport, competition and health. Emphasis will be placed on the conceptualization, implementation, and evaluation of psychological skills for individuals and teams in pursuit of peak performance.
